When will I receive my report?

You’ll receive your detailed, photo-rich report as quickly as the same night of the inspection, but no later than 1–2 days after.

Do I need to be present during the inspection?

You’re not required to be present, but we strongly encourage it. Being there allows us to answer your questions in real time and point out any major deficiencies on the spot.

Do you test for radon?

Yes. We provide short-term radon testing with a 2-day testing period, followed by a professional report outlining the results and recommendations.
